| Personal data | Names, contact details, passwords and PINs are removed from everything we produce. |
| Network details | Addresses, MAC addresses and host names are confidential. Never used in shared learning or examples. |
| Your network | We read files only. We never connect to your network. |
| Retention | Uploaded files and their reports are deleted 12 months after upload. You can delete a file, all of your files, or your account sooner from the account menu. Credits do not expire and are not removed by deleting files. The account cannot be deleted while credits remain. When it is deleted, the files are removed and the email address is replaced in our records. A one-way fingerprint of that address is kept so the same mailbox cannot be used for another free allowance. |
